Common Issues

Cannot connect to server

Check your network connectivity and try again after a short delay. Make sure the server URL is correctly configured in the app Settings.

Transcript not appearing

Ensure the episode is available and still processing. Pull to refresh and wait for processing to finish — transcription can take a few minutes for longer episodes.

Playback issues

Try restarting the app. If the issue persists, re-download the episode from the episode list.
